IND vs PAK Asia Cup 2024 Final: India became Junior Asia Cup champion for the fifth time, defeated Pakistan in the final

Muscat, Oman: IND vs PAK Asia Cup 2024 Final: India has defeated Pakistan in the final match of the Men’s Junior Asia Cup 2024 on Wednesday December 4, 2024 . With this win, Team India has become the champion in the hockey tournament for the fifth time.

The first goal of this match was scored by Pakistan. For that, Hannan Shahit scored a goal in the third minute in the first quarter. But soon after this India made a comeback. For Team India, Arijit Singh made the penalty corner successful in the fourth minute and scored a goal. In this way, at the end of the first quarter, both the teams were tied at 1-1.

India took a 3-2 lead till the second quarter

Team India took the lead in the second quarter. Arijit once again made the penalty corner successful and gave India a 2-1 lead. India scored another goal in the second quarter. For that, Dilraj Singh scored a goal in the 19th minute. After this, a goal was scored from Pakistan. India was ahead 3-2 till the end of the second quarter.

In the third quarter for Pakistan, Sufiyan made a successful penalty corner in the 39th minute. By the end of the third quarter, both the teams were tied at 3-3. But India made a comeback in the fourth quarter and won the match. For Team India, Arijit scored a goal in the 47th minute. After this, he made a successful penalty corner in the 54th minute. In this way, Team India crushed Pakistan by 5-3.

India won the title for the fifth time –

Team India also became the champion in 2023. Team India also won this title in 2015 and 2008. India also won the Men’s Junior Asia Cup title in 2004.
