Women T20 World Cup 2024: Team India has been announced for the Women’s T20 World Cup to be held in UAE this year. The command of the team has been handed over to Harmanpreet Kaur, apart from this, 3 traveling reserves and 2 non-traveling reserves have also been selected.

Smriti Mandhana has been made deputy to Harmanpreet Kaur. Richa Ghosh and Yastika Bhatia have been included in the team as wicketkeepers. Like Shreyanka, Bhatia’s participation is dependent on fitness. India is in Group A with Australia, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and New Zealand. The team will start its campaign against New Zealand on November 4
