Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai wishes the people of the state on the eve of Hareli festival!

Raipur: The Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has extended his heartfelt greetings to the people of the state on the eve of auspicious occasion of Hareli, the traditional folk festival of Chhattisgarh on Wednesday July 23, 2025 . He said that Hareli is a festival associated with the soil of Chhattisgarh, which is a symbol of our agricultural culture, folk tradition and love for nature.

The Chief Minister said that Hareli festival is the first festival related to farming, in which farmers express gratitude to Mother Earth by worshiping their agricultural equipment. This festival is not only an occasion to wish for a good harvest, but also expresses the feeling of harmony with nature.

CM Sai urged the people of the state to make Hareli festival even more meaningful this year – plant trees along with performing Puja of Mother Earth, so that a green future can be ensured for the coming generations.

The festival of Hareli should not only become a tradition but also a symbol of responsibility towards the environment.

The Chief Minister expressed hope that Hareli festival brings happiness, prosperity and greenery in the lives of the people of the state.

He called upon all citizens to celebrate this folk festival with mutual harmony, love for nature and respect for tradition.
