Today I have become empty…

Expressing condolences on the demise of Shibu Soren, Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said that Shibu Soren ji, former Chief Minister of Jharkhand and one of the seniormost leaders of the country, was counted among those stalwart leaders of Jharkhand, who fought lifelong for the rights and empowerment of the weaker sections of the society, especially the tribal society.

He was always connected to the land and the people. I also had a long acquaintance with him. I am deeply saddened by his demise.

My condolences to his family and supporters. Om Shanti! Let us tell you that Shibu Soren was a prominent leader of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha for the last 38 years.
