Raipur: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has extended his heartfelt greetings and best wishes to the people of the state on the auspicious occasion of Holi. He expressed hope that this grand celebration of joy, enthusiasm, and togetherness will bring happiness, peace, prosperity, and renewed energy to everyone’s life.

The Chief Minister stated that Holi is not merely a festival of colours, but an occasion to strengthen bonds of mutual love, harmony and brotherhood. He noted that the festival deepens the spirit of social unity and collective goodwill, while inspiring people to move forward with a positive outlook and shared responsibility.

Highlighting the cultural significance of Holi in Indian tradition, Sai said the festival symbolises the triumph of good over evil, humility over arrogance and love over discord. The vibrant colours of Holi remind us that the true strength of our diverse society lies in mutual trust, belongingness and collective cooperation.

Appealing to citizens, the Chief Minister urged everyone to celebrate the festival with joy, restraint and respect for traditional values. He encouraged the use of natural colours to promote environmental protection and called on people to share the festival’s happiness with underprivileged and needy sections of society.

Expressing confidence, Vishnu Deo Sai stated that this Holi, adorned with the colours of love, harmony and brotherhood, will further strengthen Chhattisgarh’s unity, social cohesion and cultural pride.
