Raipur: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has taken the recent untoward incident involving Padma Shri awardee and senior social worker Smt. Phoolbasan Bai Yadav with utmost seriousness.
Demonstrating personal concern, Chief Minister Sai spoke to Yadav over the phone this morning to enquire about her well-being and to understand the details of the incident.
During the conversation, Sai assured her that the matter would be investigated thoroughly from every angle. He stated unequivocally that those found guilty, irrespective of their identity or position, would not be spared. Chief Minister further informed that necessary instructions have already been issued to the police administration to ensure strict and prompt action in the case.
Phoolbasan Bai Yadav, while acknowledging the developments following the incident, expressed satisfaction over the prompt response by the police.
She conveyed her gratitude to Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai and the police administration for the support extended to her during the situation.
