Newly Selected All India Services Officers from Chhattisgarh Meet Chief Minister, Receive Guidance on Nation-Building and Good Governance

Raipur: Calling public service the highest responsibility entrusted to civil servants, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai encouraged newly selected candidates of the All India Services to dedicate themselves to honest, transparent, and people-centric governance. During a courtesy meeting at the Chief Minister’s residence in Raipur on Tuesday July 21, 2026 , he emphasised that administrative positions are not merely prestigious careers but opportunities to transform lives through committed service.

Congratulating the successful candidates, the Chief Minister said their achievement reflects not only individual determination but also the aspirations and talent of Chhattisgarh. He noted that every young officer entering public administration carries the responsibility of strengthening public trust while contributing to the state’s long-term development.

Addressing the officers , Sai remarked that the true measure of a civil servant lies not in the authority of the office but in the ability to understand citizens’ concerns and deliver solutions with empathy and accountability. He urged the officers to remain accessible to the people, uphold ethical standards, and ensure that government schemes effectively reach those who need them the most.

Highlighting the vision of Developed India and Developed Chhattisgarh, the Chief Minister said that the next generation of administrators would play a decisive role in translating policy into meaningful outcomes on the ground. He encouraged the officers to become agents of innovation, inclusive development, and responsive governance while maintaining the highest standards of integrity throughout their careers.

The interaction also provided an opportunity for the selected candidates to share their experiences, preparation journeys, and aspirations for public service. They expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister for his guidance and encouragement as they prepare to begin their administrative careers.

The delegation included Sushmita Singh, Vaibhavi Agrawal, Darshana Singh Baghel, Raunak Agrawal, Ajay Gupta, Ankit Sakni, Diamond Dhruv, and Sanjay Dahariya, along with their family members, who were present during the meeting.
