Nitish-Rinku’s explosive batting, India gave a target of 222 runs to Bangladesh

IND vs BAN 2nd T20I Live: The second match of the T20I series between India and Bangladesh is being played today at Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. In this match, the Indian team batting first scored 221 runs at the loss of 9 wickets in 20 overs. Bangladesh has got a target of 222 runs to win this match.

In the Indian innings, Nitish Reddy played a stormy innings of 74 runs. Team India lost 3 wickets within 41 runs, but from there Nitish Reddy and Rinku Singh showed their brilliance and took the team’s score beyond 200.

Team India’s both openers Sanju Samson and Abhishek Sharma returned to the pavilion at the score of 25 runs. Samson got out after scoring 10 runs and Abhishek Sharma got out after scoring 15 runs. After him, captain Suryakumar Yadav also got out cheaply after scoring 8 runs. After that Nitish Reddy and Rinku Singh together put India in a strong position by adding 108 runs in just 48 balls. Nitish scored 74 runs in 34 balls, during which he hit 4 fours and 7 sixes. On the other hand, Rinku scored 53 runs in 29 balls.

Hardik scored 32 runs in 19 balls with the help of 2 fours and 2 sixes. By the 19th over, Team India had scored 213 runs and it seemed as if the Indian team would easily cross the 230-run mark. But in the last over, a total of 3 wickets fell, due to which Team India could put 221 runs on the scoreboard. Talking about Bangladesh, Rishad Hussain took the maximum of 3 wickets. While Taskin Ahmed, Tanjim Hasan Sakib and Mustafizur Rahman took 2-2 wickets each.
