England’s wicketkeeper batsman Jos Buttler was bought by Gujarat Titans. Butler’s base price was Rs 2 crore. He was bought by Gujarat for Rs 15.50 crore.

South African fast bowler Kagiso Rabada was bought by Gujarat Titans. Rabada’s base price was Rs 2 crore. He was bought by Gujarat for Rs 10.75 crore.

Punjab Kings have placed a big bet on Arshdeep Singh. Arshdeep was bought by Punjab Kings for Rs 18 crore. Punjab has used the RTM card.

Australian player Mitchell Starc was bought by Delhi Capitals. His base price was Rs 2 crore. But he was sold for Rs 11.75 crore.
KL Rahul was bought by Delhi Capitals for Rs 14 crore. Rahul’s base price was Rs 2 crore. He was earlier a part of Lucknow Super Giants.
Liam Livingstone’s base price was Rs 2 crore. He was bought by Royal Challengers Bangalore for Rs 8.75 crore. He was earlier a part of Punjab Kings.
Mohammed Siraj was bought by Gujarat Titans. He was bought for Rs 12.25 crore. RCB did not use RTM for Siraj.
Yuzvendra Chahal was bought by Punjab Kings. His base price was Rs 2 crore. Chahal was bought by Punjab for Rs 18 crore.

Today is the first day of the mega auction of IPL 2025. The mega auction of the 18th season of IPL is on Sunday November 24 (Sunday) and 25 ( Monday ) 2024 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. A total of 577 players will be up for auction this time.

Wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant has become the most expensive player in IPL history, who has been bought by LSG for ₹ 27 crore in the IPL-2025 mega auction. Delhi Capitals and SRH were also involved in the bidding war to buy Pant. It is worth noting that just a few minutes ago, Shreyas Iyer became the most expensive player (₹ 26.75 crore) in IPL history.

In this mega auction, Indian batsman Shreyas Iyer has been bought by Punjab Kings for ₹ 26.75 crore in the IPL 2025 mega auction. 30-year-old Shreyas has become the most expensive player ever in the history of IPL auction. Earlier, Mitchell Starc was the most expensive player who was bought by KKR for ₹ 24.75 crore in the IPL 2024 auction.
