A Violence-Free, Safe, and Prosperous Bastar is Our Resolution: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai

Raipur: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has stated that freeing Bastar from violence and leading it on the path of peace, development, and trust is the firm resolve of the state government. Posting on his social media handle X, he said that the precise, courageous, and successful operation conducted by the security forces in the Gondiguda area of Sukma district has dealt a severe blow to the Maoist network.

This operation is a clear indication that the days of violence in Bastar are coming to an end, and Bastar is rapidly moving towards development and mainstream society.

Chief Minister Sai said that decisive change is visible in Bastar due to the strong leadership and clear policies of the illustrious Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, the continuous and effective actions of the security forces, the sensitive rehabilitation policy of the state government, and the unwavering support of the local people. The Maoist structure is continuously weakening, and their violent conspiracies are becoming ineffective.

The Chief Minister said that the government’s message is clear: those who want to abandon the path of violence and join the mainstream of society will be ensured rehabilitation, livelihood, security, and a dignified future. The state government stands with all such people with a humane approach. However, the government will have no sympathy for those who still refuse to abandon the path of weapons and fear.

Chief Minister Sai expressed confidence that through the combined efforts of peace, development, and public participation, Bastar will rapidly move towards a safe, prosperous, and bright future.
