Army operation in Sopore, Jammu and Kashmir, security forces killed one terrorist

An incident of firing has been reported in Sopore of Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir. Bullets were fired when the army was conducting a joint search operation. Terrorists are suspected to be hiding in Gujjarpeti Jalura of Sopore, and it is being said that two terrorists have been trapped and one has been killed.

An incident of firing has been reported in Sopore of Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir. The firing took place when the army was conducting a joint search operation. Terrorists are suspected to be hiding in Gujjarpeti Jalura of Sopore, and it is being told that two terrorists have been surrounded. 22 RR, 179th battalion of CRPF and police team had reached Sopore of Baramulla district for a search operation.

After the firing, the area has been cordoned off, and an encounter has started between the terrorists and the army.

According to officials, one terrorist has been killed in this operation so far

Terrorists who carried out grenade attack arrested

Security forces are continuously conducting operations against terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir. Meanwhile, three terrorists involved in the grenade attack on 163 Territorial Army on January 7 were arrested on January 12. Police had allegedly recovered a hand grenade, an AK series rifle, a pistol, 250 live AK rounds and 21 live pistol rounds from the arrested terrorists.
