Car tire burst, wife of Kesar Pan Masala owner dies

The woman and driver in the car are seriously injured.

Etawah: The wife of Harish Makhija, owner of Kanpur’s famous Kesar Pan Masala Company, has died in a road accident. It is being said that the tire of Preeti Makhija’s car suddenly burst on the Agra-Lucknow Expressway in Etawah. According to the information, the car was carrying Preeti Makhija, wife of Kesar Pan Masala Company owner Harish Makhija, wife of Kanpur’s famous liquor businessman Tilak Raj Sharma and a driver. Preeti Makhija died in this road accident, while another woman and the driver in the car have been seriously injured. It is learned that Harish Makhija and Tilak Raj Sharma were going to Agra to attend a private function with their family members. As soon as their car reached near Karhal toll in Mainpuri 79, the tire burst and the car suddenly overturned.

Piyush Makhija, son of the deceased woman, said that at the time of the accident, it was raining heavily and the speed of the car was also high. During this time, the tire burst and my mother died due to the car overturning.

Another woman was injured in this accident. At the same time, the police reached the spot as soon as the information about the accident was received. They took the body in custody and sent it for post-mortem. Also, the injured have been admitted to Saifai Medical College for treatment. Giving information about the accident, Mainpuri BJP District President Alok Gupta said that suddenly the car overturned on the expressway and Preeti Makhija, who was in the car, died. They were going to Agra to attend a private function. Kesar Pan Masala owner Harish Makhija is said to be a relative of UP Assembly Speaker Satish Mahana. After this accident, there is mourning in the house of the deceased family.
