CG Money Laundering Case : Former IAS officer Anil Tuteja gets bail from Supreme Court

New Delhi : Former IAS officer Anil Tuteja has got bail in the money laundering case. The Supreme Court has granted bail to Anil Tuteja. A bench of Justice Abhay S Oka and Justice Ujjwal Bhuiyan has given this order. Tuteja has got bail on the basis of being in jail for more than a year. Tuteja was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on April 21, 2024. Anil Tuteja has got bail on strict terms and conditions including submitting passport and cooperating with the court during the hearing.
