Raipur: The state government has granted Cabinet Minister status to R. Krishna Das, the newly appointed advisor to Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai. It is noteworthy that the state government had appointed senior journalist R. Krishna Das as the Chief Minister’s advisor.
According to an order issued today by the Chhattisgarh General Administration Department, Mahanadi Bhavan, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, R. Krishna Das has been appointed as the Chief Minister’s advisor. In this capacity, he will advise the Chief Minister on media-related matters and other important issues. He will also be provided with all the facilities equivalent to those of a Special Secretary of the state government.

This appointment of R. Krishna Das is considered a significant step towards establishing better coordination between the media and the administration. As an advisor, he will counsel the Chief Minister on media management, communication strategy, and other important matters.
