Raipur: CM Vishnu Deo Sai to attend Cartoon Festival 2024 today. On this occasion, Raipur MP Brijmohan Agarwal will be present as a special guest and senior journalist Dr. Himanshu Dwivedi as the keynote speaker.
This program is being organised in collaboration with the Culture Department, Chhattisgarh Tourism Board, NMDC and Ramdas Draupadi Foundation. It is worth mentioning that Cartoon Watch started organising Cartoon Utsav from Raipur from 2003 and after that this event was held in Delhi under the hospitality of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. In Mumbai, cartoonist Bala Saheb Thackeray was also awarded Jeevan Gaurav Samman in the same event. In this way, this event was organised from time to time in places like Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Visakhapatnam and now this time in Raipur.
Kumar has written mostly short stories and on human behavior that changed the day to day course of the people who engineered them. He says I am always myself...
