Further, the Chief Minister has said that everyone’s participation is important in building a developed Chhattisgarh. On the occasion of State Foundation Day today on Friday November1, 2024 , we should all take a pledge to carry the state forward and write a new chapter of development. Along with this, Chief Minister Sai has appealed to the people of the state to light lamps in their homes on the occasion of State Foundation Day and celebrate the Day as Diwali with Deepotsav.
Let us inform you that the State Foundation day ceremony will be celebrated from Monday November 4 to Wednesday November 6, 2024 .
On the occasion of Chhattisgarh Foundation Day today , Deepotsav program will be organised in Nava Raipur from 6.30 pm. During this period 11 thousand lamps will be lit in Ekatma Path of Nava Raipur.
Let us also remind you that well known for its age-old unique traditions, the tribal dominated part of Mdhya Pradesh – State Chhattisgarh came into existence on November 1, 2000 under the then NDA government led by former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee .
