Chhattisgarh Chief Minister says the prestigious recognition reflects India’s growing diplomatic influence and its emergence as a trusted global partner

Raipur: Describing it as a proud milestone in India’s diplomatic journey, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai here on Tuesday July 7 , 2026 congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi on being conferred Indonesia’s highest civilian honour, saying the recognition symbolises the country’s expanding influence and credibility on the global stage.

In his message, the Chief Minister said the honour transcends personal recognition and represents the aspirations and achievements of the people of India. According to him, the award is a reflection of the confidence that the international community increasingly places in India’s leadership and its constructive engagement with the world.

Sai observed that under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, India’s foreign policy has acquired greater depth, with stronger partnerships built on mutual trust, respect, and shared progress. He noted that the country’s expanding diplomatic outreach has enhanced India’s standing among nations while creating new opportunities for cooperation across diverse sectors.

Calling the honour a matter of national pride, the Chief Minister said it reinforces India’s image as a responsible global partner committed to dialogue, development, and peaceful coexistence.

He further expressed confidence that India would continue to strengthen its international relationships while contributing meaningfully to global peace and sustainable development. He said the country’s engagement with the world remains firmly rooted in the timeless Indian philosophy of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam”—the belief that the entire world is one family.

The Chief Minister said such international recognition inspires every Indian and reaffirms the nation’s growing role in shaping a more cooperative and inclusive global order.
