Bijapur (CG): The anger of the city residents and journalists is at its peak in protest against the brutal murder of journalist Mukesh Chandrakar in the district. Bijapur city remained closed spontaneously in protest against the murder, and a large number of people participated in the last journey. During this time, there was silence in the entire city.

Journalists symbolically blocked the main road and demanded strict action against the culprits.
Bijapur SP Jitendra Yadav informed that three accused of the murder have been arrested and their interrogation is going on. There is an atmosphere of mourning and anger in the city regarding this incident.
