President’s invitation to Baiga tribal families of Chhattisgarh, will participate in Republic Day parade

New Delhi / Raipur : Some Baiga tribal families of Kawardha in Chhattisgarh have been invited by the Rashtra pati Bhavan. This invitation has been given to attend the Republic Day celebrations in Delhi.

The country will celebrate Republic Day on 26 January. Tribal families have been invited by the Rashtrapati Bhavan to participate in this celebration.

Some Baiga tribal families of Kawardha in Chhattisgarh have been invited by the Rashtrapati Bhavan. This invitation has been given to attend the Republic Day celebrations in Delhi.

President Draupadi Murmu has sent invitations to three such families. One of these families is that of Jagatin Baiga and her husband Phool Singh. After receiving the invitation, their family is very happy and is preparing to go to Delhi. Phool Singh says that he has never been to Delhi before.

Tribal families will also have dinner with the President

The three families will go to Delhi to witness the Republic Day parade, where they will also meet President Draupadi Murmu. They will also have dinner with the President and will also visit famous places like the Prime Minister’s residence and Parliament.

Let us tell you that the Baiga tribe is classified as a Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Group (PVTG). This community does not even have basic facilities. Even after independence, many tribal villages could not be developed. It is known that President Murmu also belongs to a tribal family.
