Quality education reached the children of remote areas

Raipur: The School-Teacher Rationalisation Policy implemented under the guidance of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai is playing an important role in improving the quality of education in the schools of the state. Under this policy, the appointment of teachers is being ensured by balancing the additional and vacant posts, so that now the students of remote areas are also getting the benefit of regular and quality education.

The Government Pre-Secondary School of Korkoma, a forest area of Korba district, where 319 students are studying, is a clear example of this. Earlier, due to lack of teachers, the studies of the students were disrupted and many periods remained vacant. But after the rationalisation process, with the posting of two teachers, Rameshwari Ratnakar and Padma Nishad, now all the classes are being conducted regularly, and continuous teaching, study work is going on systematically.

Principal Gopal Prasad Sao said that as per the registered number, there was a shortage of two teachers here, which has now been fulfilled. The newly appointed teachers have started taking classes immediately after coming. Ratnakar is teaching English, while Nishad is handling social science, science and Hindi subjects.

Students Sunil, Sameer, Gunjan, Sneha, Rakesh and Sahil expressed happiness and said that now no period goes empty and studies are going on continuously. This change is especially relieving for the children coming from 5 to 7 kilometers away, because now they are getting regular education of every subject.

This change is not only raising the level of education of the students, but is also increasing the trust of the parents on the school. This initiative of the government is strengthening the right to education and ensuring that no child of the state is deprived of quality education.
