Revised guideline rates will be applicable from today February 13, 2026 in Bilaspur, Korea and Sarangarh-Bilaigarh

Raipur: New guideline rates are effective in Chhattisgarh from November 20, 2025. The state government directed the District Evaluation Committees to submit proposals for revision of guideline rates, as needed, to the Central Evaluation Board. Accordingly, proposals for revised guideline rates were received from the District Evaluation Committees of Bilaspur, Korea, and Sarangarh-Bilaigarh districts.

A meeting of the Central Evaluation Board was held under the chairmanship of the Deputy Inspector General of Registration to consider these proposals on Thursday February 12, 2026 .

The proposals received from all three districts were thoroughly examined and comprehensively reviewed at the meeting. After deliberations, the Central Evaluation Board approved the proposals for revised guideline rates for Bilaspur, Korea, and Sarangarh-Bilaigarh districts.

The new guideline rates approved by the Board will be effective in these three districts from today February 13, 2026.

Public and related stakeholders can obtain information on the new guideline rates through the respective district registration offices and the department’s official website. Guideline rates will be issued in a phased manner after reviewing revised proposals received from other districts.
