Raipur: Shoaib Dhebar father Anwar Dhebar from Central Jail Raipur has been banned from all types of meetings for the next three months. This ban has been imposed on the basis that Shoaib Dhebar forcibly entered the meeting room without the permission of the jail officials and obstructed the government work.
According to the order issued by the Jail Superintendent Raipur, Shoaib Dhebar forcibly entered despite being forbidden by the concerned officials at the time of lawyer meeting, which caused obstruction in the security and operation system of the jail.
This incident was investigated by Deputy Jail Superintendent M.N. Pradhan, whose report confirmed that it is true that Shoaib Dhebar obstructed government work. Using the powers conferred under Rule 690 of the Jail Manual, the Jail Superintendent of Central Jail Raipur issued an order banning Shoaib Dhebar from any type of meeting with any prisoner for three months.
The Jail Superintendent said that in order to maintain security and discipline in the jail premises, such acts will be taken seriously and strict steps will be taken to prevent such act recurrence in future.
