Software will be simplified to give permission for the development and regularisation of building and residential colonies-O P Choudhary

Housing and Environment Minister Shri O. P. Choudhary reviewed the Town and Country Planning Department at New Circuit House Civil Lines today, in which officers from all regional offices of the state were present.

In the departmental review meeting, Minister Shri Choudhary directed the officers to simplify the development permission, regularization, development plan and building construction permission of residential colonies. He discussed in detail about the difficulties being faced in the online process and in view of the said problem, he simplified the software and directed all the office heads to ensure the resolution of the cases within the time limit.

Minister Shri O. P. Choudhary also discussed the establishment of offices in new districts and re-determination of the post structure of employees. Also, emphasis was laid on increasing the post structure of employees and officers in major districts of the state like Raipur, Durg, Bilaspur, Rajnandgaon and big cities. He said that with proper arrangement of employees, the cases of the common people can be resolved easily and within the time limit.

Minister Shri O. P. Chaudhary directed Director Shri Saurabh Kumar that all officers and employees should be present in the office at the prescribed time and resolve the cases of the common people. Transparency and promptness should be seen in the work. He directed the officers to fix the time of meeting and put its information on the information board of the office.

On this occasion, Secretary of Housing and Environment Mrs. R. Sangeeta, Director of Town and Country Investment Department Shri Saurabh Kumar, Additional Director Shri Sandeep Bangade, along with the head officers of all the regional offices were present in the meeting.
