Surguja : Outbreak of vomiting and diarrhea in Udaipur, former health minister T S Singh Deo took stock,

The havoc of vomiting and diarrhea is continuously prevailing in the area. A few days ago, seven people died due to the outbreak of vomiting and diarrhea in Chainpur village located in Udaipur block of Ambikapur assembly constituency. An old man was also among them. The administration is continuously running a campaign to stop the outbreak of vomiting and diarrhea in rural areas. This situation has arisen due to dirt and contaminated water in the village.

Former Health Minister TS Singh Deo reached there to know the condition of the villagers. During this time, the villagers made a lot of complaints. People expressed a lot of displeasure about the basic facilities like electricity, water, roads. Apart from this, the villagers have also complained about PDS. After listening to the problems of the villagers, TS Singh Deo set up a camp and talked to the health department workers treating the villagers and instructed them to ensure that there is no negligence in the treatment. TS Singh Deo further said that the deaths caused by vomiting and diarrhea should be investigated by sending the medical team of the district here.
