Tight security arrangements have been made in Sambhal as Holi and Friday prayers fall on the same day. The administration is in alert mode to prevent any kind of disturbance. To avoid any untoward incident, 7 companies of RRF and PAC have been deployed in Sambhal. The police force has been instructed to keep a special watch on sensitive areas.
Sensitive areas of Sambhal will be monitored live. Drones equipped with special cameras have been deployed to keep an eye on every inch. The police control room will get immediate information about any suspicious activity.
584 Chowkidars deployed on Holi
584 Chowkidars were deployed to prevent any untoward incident. 21 Lekhpals were also deployed to monitor sensitive areas and mosques, while Holika Dahan was monitored with 250 CCTV cameras.
The city has been divided into 29 zones and 8 sectors, where a nodal officer has been appointed for each sector. RRF has been deployed especially in the areas around Jama Masjid. ASP and two COs have been given the responsibility to keep an eye on the security of the city.

Those who spread rumours on social media were being closely monitored. Administration has made special arrangements to ensure peace among the people. 10 other mosques including Jama Masjid have been covered with tarpaulin. All those falling on the route of Holi procession have been covered in the same manner.
