Raipur: In alignment with the State Government’s vision, the ‘Sushasan Tihar’ (Good Governance Festival) camps—organised to ensure the swift resolution of the general public’s grievances—are proving to be a boon for villagers.
In this same spirit, a unique instance of administrative sensitivity was witnessed at a public grievance redressal camp held in Gram Panchayat Mohatra, located in the Balodabazar-Bhatapara district on Thursday Mat 7, 2026 . There, Kaushilya Sahu, a resident of Mohatra village, was issued an Ayushman Card immediately upon submitting her application.
Resolution on the Spot
Upon arriving at the camp to address her health-related concerns, Kaushilya Sahu submitted her application for an Ayushman Card; officials from the concerned department responded with promptness and efficiency.
Her eligibility was verified on the spot, the online processing was completed immediately, and the card was printed and handed over to her without delay.
The Government Reaches the Villagers’ Doorsteps
Expressing her delight at receiving the Ayushman Card instantly, Kaushilya Sahu remarked, “Previously, we had to make multiple rounds of government offices even for minor tasks; however, through ‘Sushasan Tihar,’ the government itself is now coming right to our doorsteps.”
She expressed her gratitude to Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai for this swift service, adding that this card serves as a guarantee of health security for her family.
A New Benchmark in Good Governance
The swift resolutions being delivered through these public grievance redressal camps are garnering widespread appreciation across rural areas.
This administrative approach has not only ushered in greater transparency within government processes but has also significantly strengthened the common citizens’ trust in the administration and governance system.
