Raipur: MP Brijmohan Agrawal while addressing a press conference held at BJP office Ekta premises on Sunday November 10 , 2024 said that Raipur South Assembly has become a tourist destination for Congress party. Every 5 years Congress party comes to Raipur South Assembly once for a visit. Congress has fielded new candidates against me eight times. Congress party candidates come to South Assembly only to contest elections. After that they have no address. Congress leaders whether it is Congress state in-charge Sachin Pilot or Bhupesh Baghel, T.S. Singhdev, Deepak Baij, Leader of Opposition Charandas Mahant all come to Raipur South for tourism every fifth year. Then they forget it. Why will the people of Raipur South Assembly accept and vote for such people. Not even one percent of the people of Raipur South know the Congress candidate. He said that Sunil Soni has been a councilor, mayor, RDA president, MP. Such a form of Raipur city is visible only due to his work.
Brijmohan Agrawal said that the people of Raipur South Assembly are completely confident that only Bharatiya Janata Party can develop Raipur South Assembly. He said that even though I was in opposition three times, the people of Raipur South have made me win and this time also the people will make BJP win. Congress should answer why Mahant Ramsunder Das was forcibly made the candidate from Raipur South last time? Why did Mahant Ramsunder Das leave the Congress party? How did Congress treat him, why did they insult him, Congress party should tell this. Congress party should tell why the Congress Mayor who held the power of the corporation for 5 years is not seen in the election campaign? He said that during the 24-year tenure of BJP, development work worth Rs 5 thousand crores has been done in Raipur South. A network of basic facilities like road, water, electricity is spread everywhere.
MP Brijmohan Agrawal said that women are being given an amount of Rs 1000 per month under Mahtari Vandan. The government is buying 21 quintals of paddy per acre from the people of the south who are involved in agriculture for Rs 3100. The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana which was closed for 5 years has started again. BJP has many individual based works to count, Congress should tell even one plan that what they have done in 5 years. He said that the Congress party whose plane could not fly in Rajasthan should give up the hope that their plane will be able to take off. Today Raipur city is a big business and industrial center. The people of Raipur, the capital, after seeing the incident of Baloda Bazar and Surajpur, will never want that people who disturb Raipur city should be voted for. Our candidate has never had any stain in his 40 years of political life. He has carried out important responsibilities, is simple, straightforward, calm and sociable, there cannot be any complaint against even one such person. The people have made South Vidhan Sabha a fort of BJP and for the last 36 years the people have been protecting its fort. For this, Bharatiya Janata Party will vote for lotus flower and Sunil Soni ji.

BJP State Vice President Shivratan Sharma said that today 100 percent of the families of Chhattisgarh are getting the benefit of some scheme of the Bharatiya Janata Party government. 70 lakh women of the state are getting the benefit of Mahtari Vandan.
In Raipur South Assembly alone, 80,000 of our mothers and sisters are getting the benefit of Mahtari Vandan Yojana. Prime Minister Housing was started by Narendra Modi ji, which was stopped in the entire state for 5 years due to the Bhupesh Baghel government. Approval has been given to build 6 lakh Prime Minister’s houses in rural areas. In urban areas, the Bharatiya Janata Party government is going to distribute lease and those who will get the lease, their Prime Minister’s housing is also going to be approved. About 33 lakh families have got the benefit of Ujjwala Yojana and in the coming time, the Bharatiya Janata Party government is going to provide the facility of refilling for Rs 500.
