Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Say to hold a press conference at 4 pm

Raipur: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai will address a press conference today on 14 September at 4 pm at the Chief Minister’s residence, Civil Lines, Raipur. Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has advices the Collectors – SPs yesterday on September 13

CM Vishnu Deo Sai has advised the collectors and superintendents of police that the result of the instructions given in the Collector SP Conference should start showing the results at the field level from tomorrow itself.

He said that the problems at the district level should be resolved at the district level itself, for this, regular Jandarshan should be organised in the district as per convenience. Addressing the collector and SP, he said that the Collector SP should improve their working system by ensuring quick and effective compliance of the instructions given in the conference from today itself, the effect of which should be seen immediately in the districts.

Cm Sai said that the cases which can be resolved at the local and district level should be resolved there itself . all the collectors should ensure this by holding Jandarshan every week. If cases which can not be resolved at the local level then only it should come to Chief Minister’s Jandarshan organised at the state level and that too will be seen as a question mark on the effectiveness of the administrative staff in the concerned district.

He said that state level problems will be solved at the state level. Now Chief Minister Jandarshan will be organised only once a month in Raipur, in which only important and state level matters should come up.

The Chief Minister also said that a comprehensive policy for the rehabilitation of surrendered Maoists will be brought soon. The Chief Minister said that our government is of Modiji’s guarantee and guarantee of good governance.

Officers should consider themselves as public servants and discharge their duties with full dedication, hard work and honesty. The last person in the line should also get the benefit of the policies and schemes of the government with transparency. The Chief Minister said that today the government is completing 9 months. It was a wonderful experience to discuss with all of you on this special occasion.

The Chief Minister said that the district and police administration are like the eyes and ears of the government. The image of the government is created by the work of the district administration. He said that the police should have hands of iron and heart of wax. Criminals and anti-social elements should fear the police and the weaker sections of society, women and children should feel safe.

The heads of the district and police administration should have a sense of guardianship towards these sections. Both the Collector and the Superintendent of Police should coordinate with each other and tour the district jointly. CM Sai said that discipline is the backbone of the police department. In such a situation, it is necessary that strict action should be taken against police personnel involved in criminal activities.

The Chief Minister stressed that in serious crimes related cases against women, the accused should be arrested immediately and a special prosecutor should be appointed to complete the trial in a time-bound manner and ensure punishment if proven guilty. An action plan should be prepared to ensure that the accused in these cases are punished by the court by completing all the legal proceedings within a time limit of three months. Zero tolerance should be followed against illegal liquor, betting, drugs and gambling. The Superintendent of Police will be held responsible for not resolving such complaints .
