Gwalior: Brother-in-law kidnapped his sister-in-law and took her with his friend and raped her. The accused kept the sister-in-law hostage for 18 days. When the husband filed a missing person report with the police, the accused released her. The victim of the incident reached her husband and went to the police station with him and lodged a complaint. The police have registered a case against both the accused.
In fact, a 20-year-old woman living in Pichore village of Gwalior has complained that she had come to her maternal home in the month of July. When she fell ill, her aunt-in-law’s son Chotu came to pick her up and started taking her towards Morena with his friend Vikesh, when she protested. The accused threatened to kill her daughter and took her to a house. Where Vikesh went out of the house with her daughter and Chotu forcely raped her . When the victim protested, the accused threatened to kill her daughter. After this, he kept her hostage for 18 days.
When she went missing, her husband filed a missing report in the police station. When the police searched for her, the accused threatened her and left her at the railway station and fled. There the victim took a mobile phone from a young man and informed her brother and husband. On receiving the information, the brother and husband came to Gwalior and took her to the police station and lodged a complaint against the accused. The police have registered a case against both the accused under sections of rape , molestation , hostage and assault and have started searching for them.
