Why did the makers cast a Pak actress?
Let us tell you that Pakistani actress Mawra made her Bollywood debut with the film ‘Sanam Teri Kasam’. But at that time, due to the film being a flop, Mawra also did not get much recognition in India. But now after the re-release of the film, along with the movie, Mawra’s beauty is also being praised a lot. Mawra was the lead heroine of the film. She played her role with utmost simplicity. But do you know that about 215 girls auditioned for this film, but none of them looked beautiful while crying. There were many emotional scenes in the film. So this was an important factor during casting. But finally I got this role because I managed the emotional moments very gracefully.
