Tahawwur Rana said that he is a Muslim and of Pakistani origin. He has also served in the Pakistani army in the past. Due to this, he can be tortured in India. The Mumbai attack conspirator also said that his health is not good and he is suffering from many serious diseases. In such a situation, he can be tortured and killed in India. It is noteworthy that in February, US President Donald Trump had said that Tahawwur Rana would be extradited to India.
Tahawwur Rana is believed to be close to David Coleman, the terrorist convicted in the 2008 Mumbai attack. Tahawwur Rana is one of the main conspirators of the Mumbai attack. Tahawwur Rana is accused of working in collaboration with Lashkar-e-Taiba and Pakistani intelligence agency ISIS.
