According to the family of the deceased, Puneet had last spoken to his wife on the phone. There was a discussion between the two about business. Now an audio of this conversation has surfaced. This phone

call is from 3 am on December 31. Puneet had called his wife before committing suicide.

Wife: You are calling me at 3 am… I am not able to sleep… You were disgracing me and my family.

Puneet: Tell me what you want… do whatever you want.

Wife: Now you will threaten me that you will commit suicide… you will leave the house.

Puneet: All this has no meaning right now… tell me what you want now. I am not having an affair with anyone.

Wife: I am not concerned with these things. You do not owe me anything. We have applied for divorce but our business is different.

Regarding this case, the police say that the incident is being investigated from the angle of loss in business. Let us tell you that a businessman named Puneet Khurana committed suicide on the evening of 31 December in Kalyan Vihar of Model Town area. Puneet got married in the year 2016. According to the family, Puneet had last called his wife. They talked about business on the phone. Let us inform you that Puneet and his wife had a bakery business and both were partners in it. The wife said that our divorce case is going on but this does not mean that I will be separated from the business. Puneet’s family alleges that the recording of this last phone call was sent by his wife to one of her relatives. The police have recovered Puneet’s phone and his wife will be called for questioning. Puneet did not make any video or post before committing suicide. Police is investigating the matter.
