‘India is leaving such a mindset behind’

The Prime Minister said that India is leaving such a mindset behind and is moving ahead with the mantra of women-led development. PM Modi further said – If half the population gets full opportunity, then India can move ahead at twice the speed. The strength of women associated with self-help groups has increased, we have increased their help and this has had a positive impact on the rural economy. After our government was formed for the third time, information about more than 50 lakh Lakhpati Didi has reached us, so far 1.25 crore women have become Lakhpati Didi. We will make three crore women Lakhpati Didi. Drone Didi is discussed in the villages of the country. Seeing drones in the hands of women, the villagers’ perspective on them changed. Crores of women came into the role of industrialists with the Mudra Yojana. 75 percent of the houses given to four crore families have been owned by women.

In the last 10 years, 25 crore people came out of the poverty line. We have heard the slogans of Garibi Hatao for five decades. We did not give false slogans to the poor, we gave them true development. If we work by connecting to the ground, then changes are bound to happen. Till now the poor have got four crore houses, people who have lived that life know what it means to get a concrete roof. After 75 years of independence, more than 16 crore houses in the country did not have tap connection. Our government has done the work of providing tap water to the homes of 12 crore families in 5 years.

Salaried class in the country will not have to pay any income tax up to 12.75 lakh rupees

Before 2014, such bombs were thrown, such bullets were fired that the lives of the countrymen were shattered. We slowly moved forward healing those wounds. There was income tax exemption on Rs 2 lakh in 2013-14 and today Rs 12 lakh is completely exempted from income tax. We kept doing this continuously in the intervening period in 14, 17, 19 and 23 as well. The wounds kept healing and today the bandage that was left was also done. If we add 75 thousand to the standard deduction, then after April 1, the salaried class in the country will not have to pay any income tax up to 12.75 lakh rupees.

We have said in the budget that gig workers should register on the e-shram portal and get ID cards, the benefit of Ayushman Yojana will also be given. It is estimated that today there are one crore gig workers in the country. We are also working in that direction. The MSME sector brings a large number of employment opportunities. These small industries are a symbol of self-reliant India, this sector is making a huge contribution to the country’s economy. Our policy is clear, the focus is on convenience, assistance and support to this sector. We are moving forward by giving strength to the entire ecosystem. Work has started on many aspects, the criteria was made in 2006 and there was no improvement, we tried to improve twice and now have taken a big leap. They are being given financial assistance everywhere. The challenge before MSMEs has been formal financial resources.

Farmers were left to fend for themselves in times of disaster, farmers have received Rs 1.75 lakh crore, steps have been taken for irrigation, those who talk about the Constitution do not have much knowledge. Baba Saheb’s vision about water was so clear that it inspires us even today, he launched a campaign to complete irrigation projects pending for more than a hundred decades. Ambedkar advocated linking of rivers, but nothing happened for decades. Today we have started work on many projects including Ken-Betwa Link. This has been my successful experience in Gujarat.

This is only our third term. We will remain committed for many years to come to build a modern India as per the country’s requirement, to build a developed India for a capable India. I request all parties, all leaders, I request the countrymen, everyone will have their own political ideologies. There will be programs but nothing can be bigger than the country. The country is paramount for all of us and we should together fulfill the dream of a developed India.

PM Modi further said- When we came in 2014, there was no acceptable opposition. No one had come with even that many marks, there were many laws that we had complete freedom. We had the character of respecting the Constitution, we decided that even though there would be no opposition, we would call the leader of the largest party to the meeting. This is the soul of democracy, it happens then.

‘PM Modi Speech : ‘So this is our third term, we will achieve even bigger goals’

Before 2014, we used to import things like toys. Today, small industries are exporting to the world and the import of toys has decreased, the export of toys has increased by 239 percent. We are also exporting electrical goods. PM Modi said that the country is moving forward with great confidence to fulfill the dream of a developed India. This is not a government dream, it is the dream of every Indian. Many countries of the world have done this in 20-25 years. India has immense potential, we have the demography. Why can’t we do it? We will do this by 2047. We still have to achieve even bigger goals and we will do it, this is our third term. We are going to remain engaged for many years to come to make a developed India according to the needs of the country. I urge all parties, all leaders, all countrymen that everyone will have their own ideology but nothing is bigger than the country. The country will develop, the generations coming after us will say that in 2025 there was a Parliament where every MP sitting there was working for a developed India.

PM Modi in Lok Sabha: Before 2014, people used to get lathis for asking for urea – PM
PM Modi said in his address – The goal of developed India cannot be achieved without strengthening the rural economy. We have tried to touch every sector of the rural economy. Agriculture is important. Farmers are strong pillars. We have increased the agriculture budget 10 times. Today, those who talk about farmers here, before 2014, people used to get lathis for asking for urea. They had to stand in queues all night. That was the time when fertilizers were issued in the name of farmers, and black marketing was done elsewhere. The game of cleaning of one rupee 15 paise was going on.

PM Modi said- During the President’s address, foreign policy was discussed here and some people feel that if foreign policy is not spoken, then it does not seem that foreign policy is being discussed.

I want to tell such people to read a book – JFK’s Forgotten Crisis. This book has been written by a famous foreign policy expert. It mentions important events. This book describes in detail the first Prime Minister of India and he also led the foreign policy. This book describes in detail the discussions and decisions between Pandit Nehru and the then President of America John F. Kennedy. When the country was facing a lot of challenges, what game was played in the name of foreign policy. It is coming to the fore through that book.

In his address, PM Modi said – In the last 10 years, a new university has been built every week. A new ITI has been built every day. A new college has opened every 2 days. How much growth has happened for SC-ST-OBC youth. We are behind every scheme, implementing it 100 percent. The game of one rupee and 15 paise cannot work. Some people did appeasement. Give to only a few people and make others yearn. We have chosen the path of satisfaction, not appeasement and we are walking on it. Worked to give people of every society and every class their rights without discrimination.

For some people, talking about caste has become a fashion – PM Modi

PM Modi said in his speech – For some people, talking about caste has become a fashion. For the last 30 years, the MPs of OBC community who have been coming to the House were unitedly demanding that OBC Commission be given constitutional status. Those who are today in casteism did not remember OBC at that time. We gave constitutional status to OBC Commission. Backward Class Commission has become a constitutional system today. We worked for opportunities for SC, ST, OBC in every sector. Someone please tell me if there have been three MPs from the same family of SC category in Parliament at the same time? Second question – someone please tell me if there have been three MPs from the same family of ST category in Parliament at the same period? How much difference there is between the speech and behavior of some people, this will be seen in the answer to one of my questions. There is a huge difference. How are we empowering the SC-ST community?

We have worked with a long vision – PM Modi
PM Modi said- The Constitution does not give the right to discrimination, those who roam around with the Constitution in their pockets, they forced the Muslim daughters to live in such a condition. We gave those daughters the right to equality. Whenever there was an NDA government in the country, we have worked with a long vision. I don’t know what kind of language is being used to divide the country, but what is our thinking. In which direction do the NDA partners think. Those who are the last for us, create ministries, create a separate ministry for the Northeast, create a tribal ministry, create a separate ministry for fisheries.

The group of people who live for themselves is not very small – PM
Talking on the issue of democracy, PM Modi said- what is the spirit of democracy, what is called living the Constitution. We built a PM Museum and the lives and works of all the Prime Ministers, from the first PM of the country to my predecessor, have been described. This is the spirit of the Constitution. Everyone does things for themselves, the group of people who live for themselves is not very small. People who live for the Constitution are sitting here. BJP and NDA MPs applauded PM Modi’s statement. The PM further said – We keep the Constitution supreme, we do not do politics of poison. We build the Statue of Unity. PM Modi said – It is the misfortune of the country that these days some people are openly speaking the language of urban Naxals. And the things that people who speak the language of urban Naxals say, take a stand against the Indian states. These people who speak the language of urban Naxals can neither understand the Constitution nor the unity of the country. For seven decades, Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh were deprived of the rights of the Constitution. This is injustice. We broke the wall of Article 370. Those states have been given rights like the citizens of the country.

The result of what we say is the grand victory for the third time in Haryana. Victory for the third time in history in Haryana is a historic event. Historical result in Maharashtra too. For the first time in history, the ruling party has had so many seats, with the blessings of the people.

Kejriwal gets Akhilesh’s support

Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav said on Delhi elections, ‘The more injustice the BJP does, the stronger the Aam Aadmi Party will become. The public is with the Aam Aadmi Party. This is nothing new, the Election Commission works at the behest of the BJP. The same will happen in Ayodhya, that is why officers are being appointed on the basis of caste. ‘Non-Muslims are being made members of Waqf in the bill’
AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi said about the Waqf Bill, ‘The amendments given by BJP MPs in the final report were passed because they had the numbers, we could not get it done because we did not have the numbers. Waqf Board is for those properties of Muslims which were donated by our elders, you are making non-Muslims members in it, and there will be no election in it, you will nominate. Waqf by user was upheld by the Supreme Court in the Babri Masjid and Ram Mandir case, Ram temple was built according to that judgment, the government is working contrary to what the Supreme Court had said about the Waqf Board in that judgment. When a non-Hindu cannot become a member in the Hindu Endowment Board, only a Sikh can become a member in the Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee, then why are you trying to make a non-Muslim here. The government is trying to snatch the property of Waqf. The property of Muslims and Waqf is being snatched only on the basis of hatred.’

Before giving the figures, but also give the figures of those who died in the Maha Kumbh… I demand that an all-party meeting be called to give clarification about the arrangements for the Maha Kumbh. The figures of deaths in the Maha Kumbh accident, treatment of the injured, availability of medicines, doctors, food, water, transport should be presented in Parliament.
