Adani Foundation takes a big step towards women empowerment on its 28th anniversary, distributes sewing machines and e-rickshaws to women groups

Raipur: Tilda Nevra. Adani Power Limited, Raikheda, on the occasion of 28th anniversary of Adani Foundation, provided 33 electric industrial sewing machines, cupboards, coolers and an electric load vehicle (e-rickshaw) for transportation of finished goods to “Saheli Mahila Silai Samuh” at Rural Industrial Park (RIPA) located in village Tarashiv.

Taking another important step towards making rural women self-reliant, a special program was organised last week under the social participation of Adani Power Limited. In which Sarpanch Manish Verma of Gram Panchayat Tarashiv, other members of the Panchayat, villagers, Adani Foundation team were present.
