Raipur: Chhattisgarh: MP Brijmohan Agarwal has congratulated the security forces on the killing of 22 Naxalites in two separate encounters in the Bastar region. He said that Naxalism is the biggest obstacle in the development of the country and Chhattisgarh, but under the leadership of Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Naxalism will end from the state by the year 2026.

He said, “I hope that with the resolve of Home Minister Amit Shah, the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, Naxalism will be completely eradicated from Chhattisgarh, peace will be established in the state and the pace of development will accelerate.”

MP Agarwal also said that the expansion of railway and road routes in Bastar region will accelerate economic activities, which will give a new direction to the development of the region. He expressed confidence that in the coming times, Chhattisgarh will become Naxal-free and move towards prosperity.
