Our commitment and service spirit towards better health facilities in the state has resulted in a historic increase in the number of government hospitals receiving the National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS) certificate.

Raipur: Chief Minister Sai said that in the year 2024-25, more than 427 government health institutions have achieved National Quality Certification, which is the highest compared to previous years. This is a proof of the unprecedented improvement in the health system of the state and ensuring last mile access to the service.

The Chief Minister congratulated Health Minister i Shyam Bihari Jaiswal and the entire team of the Health Department for their dedicated working style and visionary efforts. He especially appreciated the efforts being made to provide quality health services to remote areas. Referring to the achievement of ‘Chintagufa’ Primary Health Center in the highly Naxal-affected area of Sukma district, he said that the area which was once a symbol of challenges, today the health center there has been honored at the national level for its service quality. Chintagufa Health Center has been awarded the National Quality Assurance Certificate of the Government of India on November 28, 2024 .
