After the comment made by former foreign minister of India and senior Congress leader Salman Khurshid on Article 370, now another statement has come to the fore. Khurshid has questioned whether it has become so difficult to be a patriot in the country that people sitting at home are asking for an account of his political loyalty.

Salman Khurshid wrote on his ex handle, “To convey India’s message to the world on the campaign against terrorism, it is sad that people in the country are asking for an account of his political loyalty. Is it so difficult to be a patriot?”

The statement given on Article 370 was discussed

Earlier, he had given a statement on Article 370, which was discussed across the country. Salman Khurshid, who reached Jakarta as a part of the All Party Delegation, said, “After the removal of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir, prosperity has come and democratic progress has also taken place.”

‘Democratic government in Kashmir’

He further said, “After its removal, the notion that Jammu and Kashmir is different from other parts of India has also ended. Now there is a democratic government here. People participated in the voting here in large numbers. After this, development has also taken place here, but some people want to take Jammu and Kashmir back to the old times, but we will not let this happen again.”

‘Kashmir will never be allowed to separate’

In Indonesia, Salman Khurshid also said, “No family separates its part, similarly no country leaves its part separate. We have come with this message that we will never let Jammu and Kashmir separate from India.”
