Wardha: : PM Narendra Modi is on a visit to Wardha in Maharashtra today on Thursday September 20 . Here he participated in the national ‘PM Vishwakarma’ program. During this program, certificates and loans were issued to the beneficiaries of PM Vishwakarma Yojana. Also, the foundation stone of ‘PM Mitra Park’ was laid. Addressing a rally in Wardha, PM Modi said that the spirit of patriotism has died inside the Congress. They run their agenda from abroad. Now they are even irritated with Ganpati Bappa. When I did Ganesh Puja, Congress became restless.

PM said- In the old governments, the skills of the workers were not respected. Congress and their friends suppressed SC/ST. They were not allowed to progress. Our government created the Skill Ministry. Launched PM Vishwakarma Yojana. In one year, 8 lakh people have been given skill training under this scheme. Modi also released a commemorative postage stamp dedicated to the completion of one year of progress under PM Vishwakarma.

PM Modi laid the foundation stone of PM Mega Integrated Textile Region and Apparel (PM Mitra) Park in Amravati, Maharashtra. Spread over 1000 acres, this park is being developed by Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) as the state implementing agency. The Government of India had approved the setting up of 7 PM Mitra Parks for the textile industry. PM MITRA Park is a major step towards realising the vision of making India a global hub for textile manufacturing and exports. It will help in creation of world-class industrial infrastructure, which will attract large-scale investments, including foreign direct investment (FDI) and encourage innovation and job creation in the sector.
