Verification of documents of successful candidates in the examination will start from September 30
Raipur: On the initiative of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, the matter of appointment of 321 new rural agricultural extension officers in the state has finally been resolved. The Finance Department has given its approval for the appointment of rural agricultural extension officers.
As per the instructions of Agriculture Minister Ram Vichar Netam, the Agriculture Department has issued a notice for verification of documents for the appointment of successful candidates as per the list released by Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (CPEB) known as Vyapam ( Vyavsayik Pariksha Mandal)
The verification of documents of the candidates will start from September 30 at the State Agricultural Management and Extension Training Institute Committee located at Indira Gandhi Agricultural University Campus Labhandi Raipur and will continue till October 10.
The appointment Letters of the candidates will be issued after verification of the documents .
It is worth mentioning here that the Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (CPEB) had organised a competitive examination on February 4 to fill the vacant posts of Rural Agricultural Extension Officers under the Agriculture Department. The result of which was declared in the month of March. Since then, the successful candidates are waiting for their appointments. With the initiative of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai and Agriculture Minister Ram Vichar Netam, this pending matter of appointment of candidates has not only been resolved but the Finance Department has also given formal approval for it.
Let us inform you that the Chhattisgarh government led by Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has started the process of recruitment of youth in government services rapidly. Along with approval of posts and issuing advertisements to fill the vacant posts in government departments, the Chhattisgarh government is also engaged in resolving the pending cases of new appointment with full seriousness.
The verification of documents of the candidates successful in the competitive examination of Rural Agriculture Extension Officer will be done on the basis of combined ranking on the scheduled dates from 10.30 am to 4.30 pm. During document verification, the candidate will have to bring the original certificates and two sets of self-attested photocopies of the said certificates. According to the information received from the Directorate of Agriculture, the documents of applicants of differently able category between simple number 1 to 240 will be verified on September30, SARAL( Systematic Administrative Reforms for Achieving & Learning ) number 241 to 480 on October1 , SARAL number 481 to 720 on October3 , SARAL number 721 to 960 on Octobe 4 r, SARAL number 961 to 1210 on October 7 and applicants of ex-servicemen between SARAL number 1211 to 8194 and SARAL number 01 to 14028 (all declared results) on October 8 .
Due to some special circumstances, such applicants who are unable to appear on the scheduled date as per their combined ranking, will be able to get their documents verified by appearing on the reserve day on October 9 and 10 .
