Raipur: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai participated in a ‘Resolution Camp’ (Samadhan Shivir) organised at Karhibazar in the Balodabazar district on Friday May 22, 2026 as part of the ‘Good Governance Festival 2026’ (Sushasan Tihar).
During the event, he interacted with beneficiaries of various schemes to gather feedback regarding the benefits they are receiving from these initiatives.
At the camp, numerous consumers were granted relief on their electricity bills under the ‘Chief Minister’s Electricity Bill Payment Resolution Scheme 2026.’ Beneficiaries stated that the scheme has provided them with financial relief and has significantly alleviated their anxiety regarding pending electricity bills.
Residents of Bitkuli village in the Balodabazar district received substantial concessions: Asharam received a waiver of ₹11,625; Babulal, ₹14,922; Jagdish, ₹9,832; . Budhyarin, ₹8,467; and Chovaram, ₹13,325.
During their interaction with the Chief Minister, the beneficiaries shared that they previously faced financial hardships due to inflated electricity bills; however, the Chief Minister’s Electricity Bill Payment Resolution Scheme has brought them immense relief. They added that they are now able to pay their electricity bills regularly without facing any additional financial burden.
Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai stated that the State Government’s objective is to provide relief to the common people and to address their problems with sensitivity and empathy.
He affirmed that the government is continuously working to extend assistance to every section of society through various public welfare schemes.
Expressing their gratitude to the Chief Minister and the State Government, the beneficiaries remarked that this scheme is proving to be a significant source of support for economically vulnerable families.
