70 Naxal violence affected people got appointment orders in various departments from Chief Minister

Chief Minister announced to increase the number of beds in Bijapur District Hospital from 100 to 200.

Bonus amount of Rs. 14 crore 9 lakh distributed to tendu leaf collectors.

Inauguration and foundation stone laying of development works worth more than Rs. 263 crore 66 lakh in Bijapur district.

Raipur: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai made several important announcements for the development of the region along with the announcement of increasing the number of beds in Bijapur district hospital from 100 to 200. He also handed over government appointment orders to 70 dependents of Naxal-affected families under the Naxal rehabilitation policy and distributed bonus amount of Rs 14 crore 9 lakh to more than 19 thousand tendu leaf collectors.

Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today also attended the government appointment order and tendu leaf bonus distribution program to the dependents of Naxal-affected families under the Naxal rehabilitation policy organized at the mini stadium of Bijapur district headquarters. On this occasion, he inaugurated and performed Bhoomi Pujan for 209 development works costing more than 263 crore 66 lakhs. These include Bhoomi Pujan for 145 development works worth 228 crore 53 lakhs and inauguration of 64 development works worth 35 crore 13 lakhs.

In the program, Chief Minister Sai announced the establishment of a nursing college in Bijapur, establishment of a 132 KV electrical substation in Bhopalpatnam, opening of 33 new schools, central library and linking specialist doctors with the National Health Mission. He also directed the collector to make arrangements for Prayas Residential School and coaching for competitive exams.

The Chief Minister inspected the departmental stalls set up at the venue and distributed Forest Rights Certificate, Vishwakarma Yojana Certificate, e-rickshaw and other schemes to the beneficiaries. Bastar Division Commissioner Shri Doman Singh, Inspector General of Police Sundarraj P., Collector Sambit Mishra, Superintendent of Police Dr. Jitendra Yadav, CEO District Panchayat Hemant Ramesh Nandanwar along with other district level officers, eminent public representatives and citizens were present in the program.
