He said beautification of Mansarovar pond was being undertaken at a cost of ₹48 lakh. Construction of an approximately 1.75-kilometre road, estimated to cost around ₹3.50 crore, was also progressing.
These projects, he said, would expand basic amenities in Garhfuljhar and neighbouring areas while supporting social, religious and cultural activities.
“The change brought about by development is now clearly visible in Garhfuljhar. In the coming years, development works will be accelerated further in keeping with the area’s needs,” Sai said.
Kolta Community’s Contribution to Education, Agriculture and Service
Appreciating the Kolta community, the Chief Minister said the state government had consistently received its affection, cooperation and blessings.
He described the community as hardworking, educated, prosperous and committed to social values, noting its distinctive contribution to agriculture, education, service and social welfare.

Government Working to Fulfil ‘Modi’s Guarantees’
The Chief Minister said the state government was giving priority to fulfilling its public welfare commitments in accordance with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s guarantees.
“Our priority is clear: every family in the state should experience a positive change, and the benefits of development should reach every person in need without discrimination,” Sai said.
Referring to the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana–Gramin, he said work was progressing rapidly to provide permanent homes to poor families without adequate housing. Approximately 1,600 houses were being constructed daily across the state, while families belonging to Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups were also receiving housing approvals on priority.
He said eligible women were being provided ₹1,000 every month under the Mahtari Vandan Yojana to support their economic empowerment.
Alongside fulfilling commitments to farmers, the government was implementing schemes for tendu leaf collectors, workers, young people and other sections of society. The objective, he said, was to ensure that development and welfare benefits reached the last person.
Technology to Strengthen Transparency and Accountability
Sai said the government was making extensive use of technology to strengthen good governance and improve public service delivery.
The Chief Minister’s Helpline 1076 had been introduced for the prompt resolution of citizens’ grievances. Timelines and the responsibilities of the officials concerned had been fixed for addressing complaints received through the service.
He said the Seva Setu portal was providing access to approximately 700 government services across 36 departments, reducing the need for repeated visits to government offices.
In rural areas, Atal Digital Suvidha Kendras were also making public services and financial transactions simpler and more accessible.

The government was focusing on religious, cultural and nature-based tourism while expanding essential facilities at visitor destinations.
He said arrangements such as homestays were being encouraged to create employment and self-employment opportunities for local residents, enabling communities to benefit from tourism development.
Irrigation Projects to Strengthen Agriculture
Referring to the Sirpur barrage and the Sikasar–Kodar link project, Sai said expanded irrigation would support farmers’ prosperity and increased agricultural production.
