Raipur: Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai has congratulated the people of the state on the eve of Sharad Purnima on Wednesday October 16 . On the occasion, he has wished happiness, prosperity, well-being and good health in everyone’s life. In his congratulatory message, CM Sai has said that on this auspicious occasion, it is customary to worship Lord Vishnu and Maa Lakshmi and observe fasts in a proper manner.
It is believed that by doing these auspicious rituals Lord Hari is gets pleased and there is happiness and peace in the house. It is believed that on the occasion of Sharad Purnima, nectar rains from the rays of the moon. Therefore, the importance of eating kheer kept in the moonlight on the night of this festival has been suggested .
