Raipur : CM Vishnu Deo Sai said that Chhoti Diwali is celebrated on the Chaturdashi date of Krishna Paksha of Kartik month, a day before Diwali, it is celebrated as Narak Chaturdashi or Roop Chaudas. It is believed that Lord Krishna killed Narakasur on this day. The festival of Roop Chaudas is associated with beauty. Also, on this day, there is a ritual of worshiping Maa Kali and Yam to remove the influence of negative forces. The Chief Minister has said that on Chhoti Diwali, may all your worries and sorrows be destroyed from your life. May all of you get happiness, prosperity, good health and success .
