All Officers and Employees to On-board via Their Mobile Phones

Chhattisgarh ‘Mission Karmayogi’ Workshop Organised as Part of the iGOT ‘Sadhana Saptah’

Raipur: Chief Secretary Vikasheel has directed the heads of all departments within the State Government to mandatorily on-board their respective departments onto the iGOT training program under ‘Mission Karmayogi’. Emphasising the need for all departments to be on-boarded, the Chief Secretary also instructed the officers and employees of every department to register themselves on the platform using their personal mobile phones.

This initiative will enable the training of officers and employees across all State Government departments in departmental skill development, tailored specifically to their respective requirements.

The Chief Secretary further instructed all department heads to identify and designate appropriate training courses for their officers and employees, based on their specific departmental needs, to facilitate their training.

Today on Wednesday April 8, 2026 , a workshop was organised for officers and employees of all departments—under the aegis of the iGOT training program—to provide training aligned with ‘Mission Karmayogi’, coinciding with the observance of ‘Sadhana Saptah’ (Week of Practice).

The workshop was attended by key officials from various State Government departments, including Departmental Secretaries, Joint Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries, Under Secretaries, and Section Officers. Additionally, key officials from all districts participated in the program via video conferencing.

At the commencement of the workshop, it was highlighted that the primary objective is to foster the capacity building and skill development of employees by integrating them with the digital learning platform, iGOT, and the e-HRMS system.

The Chief Secretary also noted that the utilisation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the iGOT platform is on the rise, and this technology will prove instrumental in delivering smart and effective training to employees.

He emphasised the critical need to ensure 100% on-boarding and to achieve positive outcomes through the optimal utilization of available resources. Furthermore, during the workshop, officers and employees were apprised that training serves not merely as a means for skill development, but also as a vital medium for enhancing awareness, thereby enabling every employee to become thoroughly conversant with their department’s schemes, policies, and operational procedures, the Chief Secretary affirmed.
