Amitabh Bachchan had taken a big decision 13 years ago, after his death, the property will be equally divided between his son and daughter

In an old interview, Amitabh Bachchan had spoken about equally dividing the property between his children Shweta Nanda and Abhishek Bachchan. He had said that for me Shweta will remain always his daughter.

Mumbai ; Amitabh Bachchan is the superstar of Bollywood. He has been entertaining his audience with his films for many decades. Despite being 81 years old, his agility is intact. Meanwhile, he is in the news due to family relations. The news of divorce of his son Abhishek Bachchan and daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai is in the headlines. for the time being his an old interview was being talked about a lot , in which he is telling how his property will be divided after his death. Referring to his will, he says that it will be equally divided between daughter Shweta and son Abhishek.

In an interview given to Rediff in 2011, Amitabh Bachchan had said, ‘I had decided one thing that I will not discriminate between my kids . When I die, whatever I have will be divided equally between my daughter and my son, there is no discrimination.’

Amitabh also said that he has decided all this in consultation with his wife Jaya Bachchan. He says, ‘Jaya and I had decided this long ago. Everyone says that a girl is someone else’s wealth, she goes to her husband’s house, but in my eyes she is our daughter, she has the same rights as Abhishek has.’

The total wealth of the family is so many crores
Let us inform you that last year Amitabh gifted his bungalow ‘Jalsa’ to Shweta Bachchan Nanda. At that time its value was Rs 50 crores. According to reports, the total wealth of the Bollywood superstar’s family was said to be Rs 1600 crores.

Amitabh is more of a friend than Abhishek’s father
In the same conversation, Amitabh also said about his relationship with his son Abhishek Bachchan. He said that he treats Abhishek like a friend. He said, ‘I had decided long before Abhishek’s birth that if I have a son, he will not be my son but a friend. The day he started wearing my shoes, he became my friend. So now I treat him like a friend. I very rarely see him as a son. I worry about him like a father, I will take care of him like a father, I will give him advice like a father, but when I talk to him, we talk like friends.’
