Raipur police declared KK Srivastava a fugitive, announced a reward of Rs 10,000 : The High Court has rejected the anticipatory bail plea of ​​KK Srivastava, who was close to former Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel. The anticipatory bail plea filed in the Rs 15 crore fraud case was heard by Chief Justice.

Let us inform you that the Raipur Police has declared Srivastava, who is absconding, as a fugitive and has also announced a reward of Rs 10,000 on him. KK Srivastava is accused of luring a Delhi-based construction company to get a contract of Rs 500 crore under the Smart City Project. Due to which Arjun Rawat, owner of Rawat Associates, gave Rs 15 crore to Srivastava between 10 and 17 July 2023. The company did not get any work, due to which the case of fraud came to light. After this, a case of fraud was registered by the company at Telibandha police station in Raipur. Since then Srivastava and his wife Kanchan Srivastava are absconding. To avoid arrest, Srivastava had filed an anticipatory bail petition in the High Court, which has been rejected by the High Court today .
