Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai today paid homage to former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee by garlanding his photograph at his residence on the occasion of his death anniversary. Dr. Rampratap Singh was also present on this occasion.
Chief Minister Vishnudev said on this occasion that respected late Atal ji is the creator of our state. The people of Chhattisgarh have a special affection towards him. He respected the sentiments of the people of the state by giving this geographical area the form of a new state. He was a man of multi-faceted talents. He had created his own identity as a journalist, poet and politician
Be it as the Prime Minister of India or as the Foreign Minister, he has left an indelible mark while representing India at the global level. During his tenure as Prime Minister, many such schemes were implemented in the country, which changed the picture of rural India. Revered late Shri Atal ji is in the memories of every citizen of India. CM Sai said that he was such a politician who got the love of all by rising above party politics.
Atal ji remained dedicated throughout his life for the fame and prestige of Mother India. The Chief Minister said that I have many memories with late revered Atal ji, which always inspire me. Vishnudev Sai said that Atal ji was a man of the era, he gave the mantra of good governance and today we are moving forward on the same path and ensuring the development of Chhattisgarh.
