While extending his best wishes for the Main Examination, he remarked that this achievement is not merely a personal success but also a tribute to the dreams and struggles of the hardworking families of Chhattisgarh.

Chief Minister Sai stated that the success of these students is powerful proof that talent is never bound by financial resources or family background. Whether their fathers are masons, farmers, or teachers, all of them have achieved success in the first stage of the country’s most prestigious competitive examination through their hard work, discipline, and determination. This serves as an inspiring example for the entire state, especially the youth, he noted .

The Chief Minister held detailed discussions with the students regarding their preparation, study methods, struggles, and future plans. The students shared their experiences concerning the study environment, guidance, and facilities available at the Tribal Youth Hostel, noting that the conducive atmosphere provided by the state government gave them the confidence to set ambitious goals and achieve them.

Chief Minister Sai told the students that while clearing the Preliminary Examination is a significant milestone, the ultimate goal is to excel in the Main Examination and the subsequent interview.

Advising students to prepare with utmost dedication, discipline, time management, and a positive mindset, he stated that there is no substitute for hard work and that persistent effort is the greatest foundation for success, Sai encouraged.

The Chief Minister remarked that administrative services are not merely a prestigious career but an effective medium to serve society and the nation. He expressed his expectation that, while discharging administrative responsibilities in the future, the students would prioritise sensitivity, transparency, and a spirit of public service, playing a pivotal role in ensuring that the benefits of government schemes reach the last person in the queue.CM stressed.

Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai stated that the state government is continuously working to provide quality education, preparation for competitive examinations, and better opportunities to the youth. Numerous initiatives are being undertaken—particularly to uplift talented youth from remote and tribal areas—to ensure that talent is never left behind due to a lack of resources, he described.

He noted that the Tribal Youth Hostel in Dwarka is a result of this vision; here, talented students from the state’s Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes, and Other Backward Classes are preparing for national-level competitive examinations. The positive impact of the academic environment, guidance, and necessary facilities provided there is now becoming evident through the steadily increasing success of students in prestigious exams like the UPSC , CM Sai added.

The Chief Minister emphasised that an educated, aware, capable, and sensitive youth force forms the strongest foundation for building a developed Chhattisgarh. The state government strives to ensure that every talented student in the state progresses according to their potential and represents Chhattisgarh in the country’s premier institutions and services. Extending his best wishes once again to the successful candidates for the main examination, he expressed confidence that they would make outstanding contributions to administrative services in the future, Sai reaffirmed .

Chief Minister Sai mentioned that, with the aim of providing better opportunities to talented youth from marginalised sections of society, the capacity of the Tribal Youth Hostel in New Delhi has been significantly increased, raising the number of seats from 50 to 200. This decision offers students from the state’s remote forest regions, tribal areas, and rural pockets a better opportunity to prepare for the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and other prestigious competitive examinations while residing in the national capital, he remarked.

Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma and Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal were also present on this occasion. Congratulating the students on their success in the preliminary examination, both ministers extended their best wishes for the main examination and encouraged them to move forward to achieve their goal with utmost dedication and self-confidence, Ministers noted.
