Chhattisgarh received Rs 6070 crore from tax transfer

Raipur: The Government of India has approved Rs 6070 crore under tax transfer to Chhattisgarh. Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman for this. Chief Minister Sai, while thanking the central government, said that this is a unique gift for the people of the state by the Government of India on the occasion of festivals. This amount will help in strengthening the financial resources of the state, which will prove helpful in completing the development projects rapidly. This will also accelerate the works of public welfare. CM Sai said that our double engine government is continuously paving the way for progress in Chhattisgarh.
